Hey, my name is Saurabh Mhatre and I am a mechanical engineer from India. Astronomy, Robotics & Filmmaking are my main fields of interest. Although I am an engineer, I have learned many other things online, some of which are not even relevant to engineering. These include filmmaking, VFX, motion graphics, web designing, programming, 3D modelling, rocket making, robot making, etc.

I’m professional 3D modeller with over 2 years of experience in designing with Solidworks. Apart from solidworks I also use other 3D modelling softwares such as Inventor, Autocad, Cinema 4D, Element 3D AE plugin, etc. Checkout my portfolio to see my work:)

I have received best designer award for my car design during my internship.

Launched Our Merch Store

Just after my website stats functioning, I also launched my merch store on teespring. On that store I sell apparels & different other products for science & astronomy lovers.

March 2019

Launched Second Science

I launched my site in 2019. But I was working on some other projects during that time so I couldn’t focus on it. Real journey with second science began in January 2020.

Graduated From College

I have compleated BE in mechanical engineering from Pillais HOC college of engineering & technology, Mumbai university.
